The Old School House Nursery TEAM are the reason on which we deliver outstanding childcare.
 
We can have an incredible setting, with wonderful resources set in a rural area yet it is the TEAM who work with us that enable us to deliver and Outstanding service to the parents and children.

We consider our staff to be a huge part of our nursery family and as colleagues we aim to support, INSPIRE and motivate them to be the best they can be. 
We  VALUE each and everyone of our SUNSHINE SUPERHERO'S and actively encourage our staff to complete further education and continuously update and implement best practice at work through our carefully planned in house training days.
 
We have a large range of skills and experiences in our current team which are led by our Director who has over 38 years childcare experience and Early Years Professional Status.

Sally continuously shares her knowledge and experience with the Team so they can be the best version of themselves!

Qualified
Early Years Educator

Immidiate Start from November 2024​

 

You must be qualified to a minimum of level 3 in a childcare qualification.

We can offer a part time 24 hours or

full time 36 hours ( over 4 days) role.

Rate of Pay dependent on experience up to £12.50 an hour plus pension and perks!

Nursery Assistant

Immidiate Start from November 2024​

 

Our Nursery Assistant is a non qualified staff member who has a genuine desire to work with children with proven experience of being around children. You mustdemonstrate an understanding of child play and display a warm and natural, nurturing personaility is a must.

Your role would be to offer support to our base rooms for periods of staff holidays.

This role does not have specific key person duties and is a felxible role covering in all rooms with all ages.

There would be an opportunity to train for a qualification whilst you work for the right candidate.​
