The Old School House Nursery Team are the reason on which we deliver outstanding childcare. We can have an incredible setting, with wonderful resources set in a rural area yet it is the Team who work with us that enable us to deliver and Outstanding service to the parents and children. We consider our staff to be a huge part of our nursery family and as colleagues we aim to support, inspire and motivate them to be the best they can be.   We actively encourage our staff to complete further education and continuously update and implement best practice at work through our carefully planned in house training days. We look to recruit for a minimum qualification of Level 3 in Childcare for our Early Years Educator vacancies as we believe this fits well into the standard of childcare we are striving to deliver. We have a large range of skills and experiences in our current team which are led by our Director who has over 32 years childcare experience and EYPS. Sally continuously shares her knowledge and experience with the Team. We also look to offer opportunities for Modern Apprenticeships so that we can offer a route to harness fresh new talent into the childcare sector.
