Over many years here at The Old School House Nursery, our management team and educators have been working together to embed an inspiring approach to supporting young children’s learning and development.

Our Team of 20 Early Years Educators are a part of our nursery family and we love each and everyone of them.

Without their enthusiasm and boundless energy we would not have such a special place for the children to feel safe and secure in a loving environment.

All of our Team are qualified in early years with a minimum of level 3 and have paediatric first aid certificates and ensure the safeguarding of children is their first priority.

Some of our team have been with us since we opened the nursery and that continuity of care is so important to the success of the nursery and the early years education we provide.

In order to achieve high standards, not only do we provide well-resourced and exciting nursery environments but we attract and retain highly trained and motivated employees who have a thorough understanding of children and how they develop and learn.

At The Old School House Day Nursery we are committed to the ongoing development, not only of the children but to each and every one of our team to reach their full career potential. We offer a wide range of training opportunities in order to develop the skills, knowledge and capabilities of our team.

We currently have  two early years teachers as part of our team who support our colleagues in their understanding of childhood education.

 

Some  of our team have progressed from apprenticeship level on to level three and then to higher studies - we are so proud of our team!
