How we calculate your nursery fees
All fees are calculated using an annualised payment method, providing families with a fixed monthly fee payable at the start of each month.
This is calculated as follows:
Days attended × 51 weeks ÷ 12 months
This means your monthly fees remain consistent throughout the year unless additional ad-hoc sessions are booked.
Discounts for Nursery Closures
All families receive the equivalent of one week’s fee discount to reflect nursery closure days, which include:
-
Bank Holidays
-
Closure from 23 December to the first working day in January
-
Early closure at 5.00pm, five times per year
Nursery Invoicing

Invoices will clearly show:
-
Funded hours at £0.00
-
Additonal; paid for hours if applicable
-
Any applicable enhancements and additional charges as the total amount payable.
We also accept Tax-Free Childcare, allowing eligible families to receive a 20% government contribution.

Final Note
Why We Do Not Support Packed Lunches

To protect children’s health, safety, and wellbeing, we do not accept packed lunches. If you are looking for a nursery were you can provide your own meals I am afraid we are not able to help.

Our nursery chef prepares nutritious, seasonal meals suitable for all ages and dietary requirements. This allows us to:
-
Manage allergens safely
-
Reduce choking risks
-
Ensure consistent nutritional standards
-
Maintain food hygiene and storage requirements
Due to limited refrigeration space, safe storage of packed lunches cannot be guaranteed. For these reasons, all meals and snacks are included within our private and enhancement offers.

We hope this information clearly explains how our funding offer operates. As I am sure most parents can appriciate listing everything included in our service is an impossible task so please do come and see us for yourselves. Our setting speaks for itself.
