Look How Our Vegetables Have Grown!

Despite the recent rain it seems like our vegetable garden has flourished during our wet spell and we are seeing lots of signs of a good crop.

Our Red Cabbage is nearly ready for pulling up....

The children have tasted one of the radishes that Walter pulled up - A very strange taste but some of the children quite liked it.

Our carrots, onions,lettuces, courgettes and peas are also doing well.

We are slightly worried about our broad beans as there is no sign of them but we will keep our eyes peeled.

The Herb Garden outside of the baby entrance is blooming and parents are more than welcome to help themselves when they come and collect their children to any of the herbs in there.

Jenny has been using the herbs in all of her cooking and the minty new potatoes are a real favourite of mine.
