We've made some Jam!

With all the Rhubarb we have had on our allotment Katie got to work in the kitchen and hey presto the result was Rhubarb and Ginger Jam!

The jam has been on sale at the nursery and is going down a treat!

Next stop Strawberries just in time for Wimbledon.......
