Our nursery prides itself on the saying "
small is beautiful" ...... and that we are! We offer the highest
standard of childcare in the East Riding of Yorkshire and yet we
also are realistic about keeping our fees affordable for the
families who choose us for their childcare arrangements. Our
nursery is proof that great things don't have to be expensive. If

We offer affordable inclusive fees (of all
meals and snacks )so there are no hidden extra's when you come to
book a place. What you see is what you get and this is one of the
reasons why parents choose us and stay with us for many years to
come.
There are also many ways to assist with paying
for childcare such as childcare vouchers (operated by your
employer), tax credits (that offer extra financial support to help
with everyday costs) and the nursery grant.
At The Old School House Nursery we offer
free settling in sessions with parents and sibling discounts to
make sure that you have the best value for money
possible.

We are open Monday to Friday 7.45 am to 6.15
p.m.
Half Day Sessions
A Morning half day session is 08:00hrs
until 13:00hrs
An Afternoon half day session is 13:00hrs to
18:00hrs

Government
Grants
Children aged 3 and over may benefit from the
Nursery Education Grant. It applies to all children from their
first term at the nursery after their 3rd birthday until they begin
primary school education. We will administer the grant fully on
your behalf. The amount of the grant will depend upon the number of
hours attended per week.
Registration
Fee
To apply for a place, a non-refundable
registration fee of £35.00 is
required.
A booking form outlining our terms and
conditions will be sent to you for signature. If we are unable to
offer you the requested sessions or provide a suitable alternative
and you do not wish to go on our waiting list we will refund your
registration fee in full.
Discounts
We accept childcare employer vouchers. Our
sibling discount is 5%.
Payment of
Fees
Fees are paid monthly in advance via standing
order which is taken on the 28th of each month. Monthly fees
are calculated as follows - weekly fee multiplied by 51 then
divided by 12. If a part time place falls on a bank holiday, the
fee for that day is refunded.
Healthy
eating
During the day, your child will receive a
freshly prepared two-course lunch using locally sourced
ingredients, snacks, afternoon tea and breakfast, if required.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are always on offer and menus are
available for parents to read. |
